The Manuel Manzaneque Nuestra Selección is elaborated with a mixture of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot.
Tasting notes: Coming from their oldest branches, this is one of the jewels of the winery. Serious and structured wine. Nose: deep aroma with a good expression of mature fruit and fine toasted elements, a light mineral and spicey background. Palate: powerful, fleshy taste in the mouth, with tannins of fruit and wood. Hints of plum jam, with a certain touch of spices (black pepper). Rich in fruit and sensations.
Pairing: Aged Cheese, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Legume, Roasts, Stews.
