The Mantel Blanco Sauvignon 2010 is elaborated with Sauvignon Blanc. Destemmed; pre-crush cold maceration over several hours. Gentle press followed by slow, controlled, cold fermentation in stainless steel, max. 17ºC.
Tasting notes: Bright straw colour. Nose: intense mature fruit with tropical fruit notes. Palate: fresh, intensely varietal fruit with citrus touches. Very good acidity.
