Heretat Mas Tinell has its head office in the heart of the Penedes D.O.. Surrounded by its own vineyards, it elaborates wines and Cavas always with a meticulous process of production, which starts looking after its vineyards and finishes, after a long aging in the winery, following the most... demanding controls of quality. The soil nature where Heretat Mas Tinell is located, provides ´ savoir faire ´ to wines which have been elaborated during 2.000 years; Plinio in the first century b.c (famous Roman traveler) wrote about his stay in these lands and the wonderful wines produced among the Roman cities of Tarraco and Barcino (Tarragona and Barcelona). The location of Heretat Mas Tinell, and its Mediterranean environment in Sant Pau's foot, has helped to smooth the climatology of the growing area improving from very ancient times, the quality of the wines. Heretat Mas Tinell is a small winery, with an elegant and limited production and very focused in the quality, nevertheless and in spite of our small dimension, we have accumulated throughout the time numerous recognitions and prizes for the great quality of our wines and cavas.
