Gran Caus Red is made with 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc 35% and 40% Merlot.
Grown on calcareous clay-shallow, the vineyards are worked organically.
All the grapes are handpicked.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Balanced and elegant. Fruity and mineral. Aromas of herbs and shrubs of the Mediterranean.
Subtle and serious, long, persistent and smooth. Powerful, but not tannic, with predominance of fruit aromas.
