Good intensity on the nose. Forest berries: strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. When oxygenated, candy and caramel notes. Subtle hints of fennel.
Silky palate, with volume and structure. Kind carbonic and a wonderful acid final.
Fish, rice and all kinds of pasta.

Serve between 2ºC and 5ºC
