Goliardo Caiño 2009 is made from Caiño 100%. Handpicked from very old vines of a local variety recovered by Rodrigo Méndez and Raúl Pérez. Aging during 14 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Ruby red with violet rim. On nose, red fruit, spices, roasted, bay leaf, herbaceous and balsamic hints. On palate, wide entrance, slightly bitter, touches of citrics and red fruit.
