The 2007 Finca Terrerazo is made up of 85% Bobal (60-year-old vines) and 15% Tempranillo aged for 18 months in French oak. It offers up a distinctive high-toned perfume of cherry and creme de cassis with background oak. Creamy-textured on the palate, it has loads of succulent, ripe fruit, outstanding concentration, incipient complexity, and a 45-second finish. Give it 2-3 years of additional cellaring and drink it from 2012 to 2022.
