The Aiguasals is made from 100% Carignan, from 80+ year old vines grown in calcareous soils.
Aged for 24 months in French oak. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Will improve in the coming years. High aging potential.
Alcohol content: 14%
Serve between 14ºC and 18ºC
Optimal consumption period: 2010-2021
We recommend to decant the wine 1 hour before serving
Pairing: Beef, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Roasts, Stews.
