Ferrer Bobet The 2009 is made from Cariñera, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging for 15 months in French oak barrels and 11 months in the bottle. The grapes are selected and harvested manually.
Tasting notes, Intense cherry colour. On nose, elegant, complex and intense with scents of ripe fruit and minerals. Light floral and herbaceous notes on the background. On palate, wonderful, full-bodied, flavorful and elegant. With fruit and mineral flavors. Noble tannins and an excellent acidity that provides a perfect balance. An amazing final that everyone should try.
