Fagus is made from Garnacha 100%. Vineyards aged between 40-50. Elaboration in steel tanks. Malolactic
fermentation and aging in Frech oak barrels.
Bright cherry red colour, ruby rim.
On nose, fruity, mineral, floral and spicy touches, notes of jam, brioche, cocoa and licorice.
On palate, fruity, tasty, well-balanced, silky, fine, creamy, herbaceous, hints of vanilla.
