Deep red: In the nose, you will find light toasty notes that come from the barrels of French and American oak, mixed with notes of ripe red fruits and spices. The mouthfeel is voluminous, with a lasting structure and slightly tannic, which will smooth off with the ageing of the bottle. It will develop favourably over the next 4 years.
Pairing: Aged Cheese, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Legume, Roasts, Stews.
