Espelt Vailet 2011 is made from a blend of White Grenache and Macabeo. Vineyards up to 60 years old. The labels of the Espelt Winery are designed by Javier Mariscal.
Tasting notes: Bright straw colour, greenish rim. On nose, fresh, fruity, white flowers and exotic fruits, citrus and vanilla reminiscences. On palate, smooth, well-balanced, fruity, correct acidity.
This winery was established in 2000 and possesses growing areas of approximately 200 hectares. It belongs to the Empordá denomination of origin, placed in Vilajuïga.
