The Espelt Quinze Roures has a light yellow with slight green hues. Powerful, lasting nose. An initial mild woody taste is noted that does not cover up the wine's personality; this is followed by silky aromas of cocoa and vanilla and there is an aftertaste with notes of toasted dried fruits. On the palate, the first taste is sweet and ripe, balancing with the freshness of the fruit. There is a touch of acidity that gives it a lasting finish.
Pairing: Fish Stew, Omelets, Pasta, Soups and Creams.
