Espelt Chardonnay 2011 is made from Chardonnay 100%. Winery located in the region of Empordà and that by means of this Chardonnay brings emotion and passion for viticulture and wine.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour, greenish rim. On nose, reminiscences of white fruit, citrus and exotic fruit. On palate, silky, fresh, good acidity.
Pairing: Fish Stew, Omelets, Pasta, Soups and Creams.
This winery was established in 2000 and possesses growing areas of approximately 200 hectares. It belongs to the Empordá denomination of origin, placed in Vilajuïga.
