Enate Reserva is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Ageing during 12 months in French oak barrels and 24 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Dark cherry colour. Nose: earthy fruit, redcurrants and blackberries with hints of truffles, cinnamon, mint, vanilla and pepper. Palate: firm tannins with toasty tobacco flavours and ripe berries leading to a long finish.
Pairing: Beef, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Roasts, Stews.
