The 2009 Emendis Trio Blanco presents a thin layer with shades of apple green and opaque shades. Intense floral scent with hints of rosemary. Light syrup fruit with notes, highlighting one last scent of mint leaf. It has an entry with distinguished fresh fruity notes. On the palate is lively with a fine eucalyptus aftertaste and an intense aroma on the palate. Ideal wine to pair the Mediterranean cuisine. Highly recommended in the company of fish and seafood or pasta dishes first.
It´s located in Castellet i la Gornal. It has a estate called Emendis which has 48 hectares of vineyards. Emendis grows 12 different varieties in our own vineyards : White Varieties: Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay, Moscatell d’Alexandria (big berry) and Moscatell de... Frontignac (small berry). Red Varieties: vines over 35 years old - Ull de llebre (Tempranillo) and Merlot -, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Marselan and Monastrell.
