Emendis Tinto Barrica 2010 is made from a blend of Tempranillo 90% and Merlot 10%. Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Short aging in French and American oak barrels. Vineyards located at a height of 984 feet above sea level and over a soil which is poor in organic matter, but rich in magnesium, thus providing the wine with a good acidity.
Cherry red colour, violet rim.
On nose, fruity, subtle reminiscences of sweet spices and yoghurt.
