Emendis Nox Merlot 2011 is made from Merlot 100%. Manual harvest. Vineyards belonging to Finca Emendis.
Tasting notes: Cherry red colour, purple rim. On nose, rich aromas with hints of spring flowers and berries. On palate, fresh, tasty, nice with gummy and strawberry lollipop notes.
It´s located in Castellet i la Gornal. It has a estate called Emendis which has 48 hectares of vineyards. Emendis grows 12 different varieties in our own vineyards : White Varieties: Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay, Moscatell d’Alexandria (big berry) and Moscatell de... Frontignac (small berry). Red Varieties: vines over 35 years old - Ull de llebre (Tempranillo) and Merlot -, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Marselan and Monastrell.
