Peculiar maceration of selected grapes for 8 hours to extract the color and the aromas from the skins. 14 months aging in bottle. Nice cherry color and shiny salmon shades with a thin and shiny robe and a wide bubble rosary forming a froth stream. On the nose, it is rich in aromas of wild fruit combined with currant, light aging notes and a fine reduction providing a great elegance. In the mouth it has a slightly spicy attack with spicy notes. The fine and persistent bubble, has of a good acidity on an elegant palate leaving toasted memories which make them abundant and greedy. Ideal to accompany all kind of appetizers and canapé. Very nice with salmon, shellfish and sushi. Ideal to enjoy it with any type of pastries and specially with plumcakes.

Raspberry color. Violet edge. Aroma: Powerful, ripe fruit, red fruit, floral and expressive. Palate: meaty, powerful, fruity, fresh.
It´s located in Castellet i la Gornal. It has a estate called Emendis which has 48 hectares of vineyards. Emendis grows 12 different varieties in our own vineyards : White Varieties: Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay, Moscatell d’Alexandria (big berry) and Moscatell de... Frontignac (small berry). Red Varieties: vines over 35 years old - Ull de llebre (Tempranillo) and Merlot -, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Marselan and Monastrell.
