12 months aging in bottle. Shiny golden robe with greenish shades, a constant rosary of fine bubbles making a persistent froth stream. On the nose, in the first moment floral aromas emerge to remind the Spring, immediately afterwards a light citric fruit stands out with an agreeable yeast that remind pastries. Prudent entry in the mouth with very well integrated fine bubbles. Stands out its excellent acidity which works very well with a bitter finish providing strength and complexity. It is necessary to emphasize the residual aroma in the mouth and the white fruit (grapefruit) memories. Suitable with all kind of appetizers, fish, white meats or small game hunting. Suitable to accompany paellas of shellfish, fresh pasta and food oven baked.
It´s located in Castellet i la Gornal. It has a estate called Emendis which has 48 hectares of vineyards. Emendis grows 12 different varieties in our own vineyards : White Varieties: Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay, Moscatell d’Alexandria (big berry) and Moscatell de... Frontignac (small berry). Red Varieties: vines over 35 years old - Ull de llebre (Tempranillo) and Merlot -, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Marselan and Monastrell.
