Embruix de Vall Llach is made with the following grape varieties: 30% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 17% Syrah, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot.
Fermentation, after stripping, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (between 25°C and 29°C), for 17 days. Maceration for 12 days. Malolactic fermentation 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in barrel.
Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 15%
Serve between 12ºC and 16ºC
Optimal consumption period: 2014-2020
The wine does not need to be decanted
Pairing: Aged Cheese, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Legume, Roasts, Stews.
