The Elyssia Pinot Noir has a live raspberry pink, relatively full in colour. A lively mid sized mousse, persistent, and forming a full crown. This is a cava full of intensely ripe summer red fruit aromas, summer raspberries, red currants and cherries. The palate is equally fruity, ripe, attractive and appealing, with a beautifully balanced acidity, and a long attractive refreshing aftertaste.

A clean, juicy Cava, with pleasant peach, apple and lemon peel notes, followed by a modest finish. Drink now.

Strawberry colour. On nose, ripe fruit, rose petals, dried herbs. On palate, juicy, fruity, fresh and bitter.
Francesc Sala i Ferrés founded the house ´Casa Sala´, the first wine exporting brand in Sant Sadurní d´Anoia since 1861. His son Joan Sala i Tubella took the business and it was after the weeding of his daughter Dolors Sala i Vivé with Pere Ferrer i Bosch that the cava business started, in 1914.
