El Perro Verde 2011 is made from 100% Verdejo. It is a white wine without aging. Very cool and one of the most popular wines of Rueda.
Tasting notes, Straw yellow colour. On nose, very expressive, fragrance of hay, ripe fruit and anise. On palate, soft and well balanced, with an elegant and bitter finish.
The winery is placed in Pozaldez, village belonging to the Rueda D.O., carrying out the first vintage in the year 1988. The new facilities inaugurated in 1988 supposed a change in the production of the traditional wines of the area and a commitment for the white modern wines without... forgetting, the good selection of the raw material, obtaining a few young and fruity, cheerful and refreshing wines.
