Dominio de Pingus PSI 2009 is made from 100% Tinta Fina coming from old vines. Ageing in second and third year oak barrels. Manual destemming. Natural fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in wood, oak vats and 2nd and 3rd year barrels without racking. Lees are removed one month before bottling. No filtration or clarification. This new vintage of Peter Sissek project is very different from the others. PSI is one of the most elegant Ribera del Duero that can be found today.
Tasting notes: Dark cherry red colour with purple edges. Nose: intense aromas, ripe fruit and floral notes on timber. Palate: fruity tastes and woody notes. Good acidity.

Bright cherry red colour, violet rim. On nose, strawberry, frutal expression, creamy oak, sweet spices. On palate, tasty, powerful, spicy, ripe fruit, fine tannins.

This winery, is in Quintanilla de Onésimo. It was established in 1995 by Peter Sisseck and it possesses 5 hectares of land. The cellar is counts with a few rows of new casks, 2 wooden vats and some deposit of steel. Due to they do not have a very high production, an artisanal wine... of high quality is obtained.
