Goblet-pruned vines planted on sandy soils over stony terraces.
Manual harvest and selection of the grapes.
The fermentation was conducted with autoctonous yeasts.
Aged between 4 and 8 months in cement and steel casks.
Alcohol content: 14,5%
Serve between 6ºC and 12ºC
Optimal consumption period: 2015-2017
The wine does not need to be decanted
Pairing: Eggs, Light Meat, Mushroom, Pasta, Sausage, Stews.
