Costers Del Priorat Clos Cypres 2009 is made from a blend of Grenache 50%, Carignan 35% and Cabernet Sauvignon 15%. Aging during 15 months in French oak barrels (Allier) and 8 months in bottle. Vineyards with an average age of 70 years.
Tasting notes: Dark bright cherry red colour. On nose, smooth, mineral, fruity and floral; notes of vanilla and smoke, in perfect union with the esence of the crianza. On palate, tasty, velvety, subtle, excellent acidity. Lingering final.

In this cellar, the grape clusters are manually selected and each vineyard is vinified separately in small tanks.
