Intense dark cherry red color. On the nose it is intense and deep, with aromas of red fruit, forest, cherries and leather and tobacco notes. In mouth it possesses a great balance and excellent body and structure. Long and very elegant finish.

Robert Parker: 98 points(01/04/2004)
Simply sensational, this inky/purple-colored 2001 boasts gorgeous blueberry and raspberry liqueur characteristics intertwined with crushed stone, lilac, and subtle background espresso/toasty new oak notes. Powerful, concentrated, and multilayered, with tremendous purity and intensity, this prodigious effort is one of the candidates for wine of the vintage in Priorat. Anticipated maturity: 2007-2020.
