Rigorous selection of grapes, vats of fermentation and casks.
Aged in Allier´s French new oak casks for 17 months.

Dark cherry red of high robe. On the nose it is intense and elegant, with black and red fruits, cocoa, eucalyptus, and mineral notes. In the mouth it is complex, confirming nasal notes. Great palate and persistence.
