The Clos Fonta is made with Hairy Grenache, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan.
Ageing: 14 months in French oak barrels.
It is a selection of plots of old vines in search of power, concentration, complexity and a great aromatic journey. With sweet tannins assembled with wood.
Cherry color with high intensity.
To the nose, aromatic complexity, balsam, menthol and ripe black fruit, light spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper with a mineral finish.
To the palate, meaty and powerful, very complex with presence of fresh ripe tannins, very long and persistent course.
