Chivite Colección 125 White 2007 is made from Chardonnay 100%. Aging during 11 months in French oak barrels. One of the best Chardonnay wines in Spain.
Tasting notes: Pale lemon yellow colour, greenish rim. On nose, floral expression, smoky, scents of nuts, brioche, pastries and bread. On palate, fresh, exuberant, correct acidity and good structure. Elegant, persistent and spicy final.

Bright yellow colour. Powerful scents, ripe fruit, sweet spices, creamy oak, hints of dried flowers, lavender, hay and mint. On palate, oily, smoky aftertaste, tasty, fresh, good acidity.
