As one of the big wines of the world, when is opened express fruit, "terroir" and minerals, but after a few minutes gives off all its potential.
The aromas are evolving towards fruits compoted, but with the balsamic freshness of licorices and of certain menthol notes.
Well balanced, with well integrated wood which will never cover the fruit.
After two hours still grows in complexity!
A great wine to a very good price.
Pairing: Aged Cheese, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Legume, Roasts, Stews.
Serve between 12ºC and 16ºC
