Cava Extra Brut Cava

'Extra Brut' is a wine containing up to 6 g/l of sugar.

The Cava Production process, which goes from the moment of the 'tirage' up to the 'disdorging', takes between 9 and 15 months.

In the label, the only allowed designation is... 'Cava'.

Usually, these wines, because are young, are light, easy to drink and fresh showing certain vegetal notes.
