Yellow color straw and good formation of bubbles finishing in rosary. Aromas of ageing and also of mature ripe fruit and flowers. In mouth it is round, harmonic, dry and of long persistence. It heightens any plate of the international cuisine: meats and fish stews, cheeses, foies and smoked and it is excellent as appetizer.

Covides Vineyards and Wineries, the Penedes Wine Cooperative, is born from the farmers' will of all parts of the Penedés to elaborate wines and Cavas in a professional way, but with own personality. In 1963, these agricultural businessmen created a regional powerful cooperative that was... representing a common identity and with Denomination of Origin: Penedés. As result of this joint effort, nowadays 800 associates who integrate Covides have a capacity, of a few facilities and of a technology that turns them into Catalunya's major wine cooperative and into the third one of Spain. COVIDES's success is reflected by the number of clients and the prizes and certificates, as much as by organization and, basically, by its magnificent wines and Cavas.
