El Castell Sant Antoni Torre De L'Homenatge 1999 is a Gran Reserva Brut Nature Cava made from the typical grapes of the production of cava, the Macabeo, the Xarel.lo and Parellada.
It was aged for 120 months.

Bright golden colour. On nose, nuts, herbal toiletries, complex, toasty. On palate, tasty, full-bodied, good acidity, fine bubbles, delicate bitterness, elegant.
The winery has a clear philosophy: produce cavas in the highest quality for high restoration, selected wine shops and in general for lovers of fine cava, always in very limited productions.
To do so, they work only with the free-run juice from the varieties Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada,... Chardonnay, Grenache and Pinot Noir.
Most of all vineyards are located in the property called ´El Sot´, at 2.5 miles from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia where their cellar is based.
