Casillero Del Diablo Carmenere 2010 is made from Carmenere 85%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10% and Syrah 5%. 70% of aging during 8 months in American oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Bright crimson colour.
On nose, exuberant in fragances of berries, cassis, cedar, briar, candy, tobacco and bitter chocolate.
On palate, plums and berries, cocoa, roasted coffee, Asian spices, toasted, round tannins, mouthfilling structure, jammy. Fleshy, smoky and slightly spicy final.
