Calvente Pago Guindalera is elaborated with Moscatel de Alejandría coming from 45 years old vines planted 900 metres above sea level. Harvested by hand during the first two weeks of September. Fermentation for 16 days at a controlled temperature of between 14°C and 16°C. The wine was then left to age on its fine lees for 3 months.
The cellar Calvente Horacio, is a small but well equipped. It is situated in the town of Jete. It is an underground cellar. Counts on the collaboration of Antonio Lopez as a winemaker, but his owner Horatio Calvente assume a direct involvement in the entire process, beginning with the vineyard,... whose work done personally.
