Blanc de Roure 2010 is made from a blend of Macabeo 60%, Parellada 30% and Chardonnay 10%. Fermentation in tanks during 6 months. Aging during 4 months in French and Hungarian oak casks.
Tasting notes:
Straw yellow colour.
On nose, fruity, greasy, creamy, toasty, notes of citrus, almonds and sweet spices.
On palate, well-balanced, fruity, tasty, toasty, memories of bitter orange, good acidity.
