As we had wanted to reflect its name, Pinot Noir Reserva is made of Pinot Noir grape. The soft maceration of the grape skin gives it its pink colour with salmon-like shades which are so elegant in a glass.
It offers a unique sensory experience which is totally different from white cavas, bringing flavours of roses, strawberries, pastry products, mature white fruit and spices.
Its diverse texture makes this cava perfect for aperitifs or pates, smoked products, stuffed meals, white meat and rice dishes.

Cavas Josep Torres Sibill is located at the town center of Sant Sadurní d´Anoia. This is the place where cava Bertha is elaborated. Only 70.000 bottles per year are produced from which 6 different types of cava are obtained. In 1989 the brand named Josep Torres Sibill is... started. Their first production was only 5.000 bottles. In 1998 it was achieved to register the brand BERTHA, after trying to register this brand in 1989 with an unlucky ending due to the existance of a brand registered with almost the same name. Since 1998 the concept was different; new presentation, new corporate image, new concepts and a new comercial philosophy.
