The Wine Cellar, located among thousand-year-old vineyards, is relatively new. The 1000-acre estate of forests and cultivated areas has 75 acres under the exclusive cultivation of the Merlot, Tempranillo, Macabeo and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
In order to obtain a premium quality... wine, only the ten most mature acres are harvested.
State-of-the-art technology at the site controls every stage of production with precision, from the budding wines to the pressing of the first grapes.
The aging area is the old Wine Cellar of the Castle, totally restored to its former days of glory. There, the mixture of all elements of production in French and American oak casks produces wines of distinction.
