The Baltasar Gracián Old Vines Garnacha is made from Garnacha 100% from vineyards between 60-80 years old in gobelet training system with natural drainage and an average yield of 3000 kg/h.
It was aged in barrels for 10 months (70% american barrel – 30% french barrel).
Tasting notes: Picota cherry red colour. Fruits of the forest and red fruit bouquets. Its aromatic intensity provides glimpses of mineral balsamic tones wrapped in a touch of pure wood. Savoury in the mouth with an intense concentration of fruit and toasted tones that leave a persistent and balance reminder.

Cherry red colour, violet rim. Scents of red fruit, ripe fruit, wild herbs, spicy. On palate, well-balanced, fine bitterness, ripe tannins.

Bodegas San Alejandro it is a cooperative founded in 1962, formed nowadays by 350 associates and 1100 hectares with a total average production of 4.600.000 Kilos. It is located in Miedes, place of the province of Saragossa placed to 88 km from the capital, in the valley of the Perejiles, to 758 m.... of altitude and with a population of 530 inhabitants.
The 1.100 hectares of vineyards are extended between the localities that shape the Valley of the Perejiles and Atea.
The vineyards are located at an elevation of between 750 and 1.100 m, which conditions a crop with a very low index of plagues and diseases. It is therefore necessary to provide a minor number of treatments, thereby allowing us to obtain a very natural grape.
