Baigorri Maceración Carbónica is elaborated with hand selected Tempranillo grapes. Fermentation is carried out in wooden and stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes: Nose: redcurrant and blackcurrant fruity aromas Palate: pleasant and lasting taste in the mouth with a hint of liquorice. The lack of astringency makes it pleasant to the palate.

A different sort of winery, where all wine making processes have been examined and gravity has become the main ally, thus avoiding the use of pumps, chutes and machinery in general which can damage the grape.
