What the critics say...
Wine Spectator: 86 points(31/08/2011)
Flavors of kirsch, chocolate and mint flavors in this fruity, rather jammy red, which features supple tannins and bright, tropical acidity that keeps the wine juicy and fresh. Drink now through 2014.
Robert Parker: 90 points(01/06/2011)
The 2009 Atteca was sourced from mountainside vineyards and aged for 10 months in French oak. It displays aromas of cedar, an earthy minerality, black cherry, and lavender leading to a savory, deep, well-balanced red with succulent fruit and a lengthy, seamless finish. Drink this outstanding value over the next 4-5 years.
