Arnegui Rosé is made 100% with red Grenache.
Selected grapes at Bodegas Pagos del Rey (La Rioja).
Maceration between 3 and 9 hours. Bleeding and fermentation at controlled temperature of 15 - 18°C.
Pale red with bright reflections.
Intense on the nose. Aromas of red fruit and strawberries.
Fresh in the mid-palate, balanced, good acidity and fruity aftertaste.
Alcohol content: 12,5%
Serve between 2ºC and 5ºC
Optimal consumption period: 2016-2017
Pairing: Eggs, Omelets, Pasta, Rice Dishes, Roasts, Semi-mature Cheese, Soft Cheese, Soups and Creams, Whitefish.
