Nocturnal vintage. Cold maceration (below 8°C) to obtain the widest range of aromas. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 16°C.
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
The nose is intense with fruity notes (citrus, mango and pineapple) and herbal touches.
The palate is fresh, lively and fruity. Light and easy to drink.
Alcohol content: 13%
Serve between 2ºC and 5ºC
Optimal consumption period: 2016-2018
The wine does not need to be decanted
Pairing: Appetizers, Rice Dishes, Roasts, Seafood, Semi-mature Cheese, Whitefish.
