Amancio 2007 is made 100% with Tempranillo grapes. Environmentally friendly viticulture. Handpicked. Careful selection, only between 8 and 10% of the best bunches are finally selected. Destemmed manually. Cold maceration for 6 days. Fermentation in French oak barrels for 8 days. Maceration with skins for 24 days. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak. Aging in French oak barrels for 24 months.
Bright cherry colour with garnet trim. Balanced to the nose. Toasted tones predominate, together with sweet spices and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is well structured and fruity. Long, elegant and round finish.
