Winemaking Rosé wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. After the grapes undergo a short cold maceration to obtain as much color as possible, they begin fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. The resulting wine is cherry in color with intense aromatic notes of strawberries and raspberry. Full on the palate with a long and persistent finish.
