The Allende 2005 is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from vines of 35 years old. It has been aged in French oak from Allier and American oak for 14 months. It offers a cherry color, with fruity notes well integrated into the wood. The palate is complex, elegant and powerful.

The 2005 Allende is 100% Tempranillo barrel-fermented and aged for 14 months in mostly new French oak. Purple-colored, it offers up an enticing bouquet of pain grille, crushed stone, spice box, scorched earth and blackberry. Ripe, layered, and complex, it has gobs of spicy fruit, several years of aging potential, and a lengthy finish.
Pairing: Aged Cheese, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Legume, Roasts, Stews.
The winery was established in 1995. In the year 2000-01 the new winery is built in Briones. Its denomination of origin is rioja. Nowadays, its production is approximately of 300.000 bottles, but this winery is prepared to elaborate much more.
