Albet I Noya El Fanio is made from 100% Xarel·lo.
Hand harvested and manual selection of the grapes. Fermentation for 18 days at controlled temperature (14°C).
Aged for 6 months on its lees in porous cement tanks and acacia barrels.
The development of this wine follows the parameters of organic viticulture.
Intense straw yellow color.
On the nose, fresh scent of ripe white fruit, citrus, smoke and minerals.
The palate is nice and lively.
