It is a very peculiar Cava and pioneer using the variety Pinot Noir to produce white wines. At the same time, its "base wine" has been fermented in frech new oak barrel, which provides a very special characteristics in relation with traditionl cavas. Aged in stacking for 24 months.
Alcohol content: 12%
Serve between 4ºC and 8ºC
Optimal consumption period: 2017-2018
Pairing: Appetizers, Bluefish, Fowl, Seafood, Soft Cheese, Whitefish.
