The Pazo Señorans is a young wine elaborated with Albariño 100% in stainless-steel.
Tasting Note: Yellow colour with greenish reflections. Attractive colour accompanied by a dense and persistent tear. The glass has a medium to high intensity. Prevalence of complex fruits coming from a long and ideal ripening after a hot dry Summer. Among these primary aromas the Golden apple, different sorts of citrus and their corresponding crusts are highlighted. Then the light spicy notes are noticed in sintony with flower hints. In the palate it leaves a good impression from start to finish: firm, with no sharp edges. Good base obtained in the harvesting with further work on the young wine lees. It denotes a lot of harmony with a pleasant feeling of the acids and flesh at the end. Full and frank finish, with persistent strong predominance of varietals in the retronasal. Remembrance of newly harvested Albariño grape.

The 2010 Albarino was aged in small stainless steel vats sur lie with batonnage for 4 months. Jasmine, mineral, lemon zest, and other citrus notes inform the nose of this multi-dimensional, already complex white. On the palate tropical flavors emerge adding to the wine’s pleasure quotient. Drink this superb effort over the next 3-4 years.
The Pazo de Señoráns history begins in the 14th century and, across the time, its centenary walls have been silent witnesses of the most diverse events. The Pazo de Señoráns winery is located in Vilanoviña, in the pontevedresa village of Meis, in the Salnés, subfield belonging to the... Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas. Their wines have a great quality, as consequence of the care and rigor in the vintage. Each plot is grown separately, which allows a major identification of the grape. Pazo de Señorans might be defined as a practical and modern winery. Definitively their philosophy is to create a white wine of great personality; long but also nice and long-lived.
